 Saint Ana Community Health Center developed a practice on one simple premise: personalized patient care results in better treatment and positive outcomes. the health center fosters a supportive and therapeutic environment, which is achieved through efforts in building cooperative relationships and partnerships with patients. This collaboration with patients builds confidence and trust. The health center understands that trust must be earned and we build that trust through dedication to patient’s needs and concerns and by the quality of care provided. 

 A board certified obstetrician and gynecologist , Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Salceda’s practices specialize in, but are not limited to, high risk pregnancies as well as peri and post menopause. For over 40 years, Dr. Salceda has provided outstanding patient care and individualized treatment.

A board certified pediatrician and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He received his medical degree from Far Eastern University Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation. He completed a pediatric residency training at King-Drew Medical Center, and went to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center for A two-year fellowship training in Allergy/Immunology.
